The Freemasons (or Freemaison) are a Dance/House/Electronica production
team from England. The act consists of DJ/Producer/composer/remixers
Russell Small and James Wiltshire. The duo is well known for using
samples and loops from classic Dance and Disco songs and blending it in
with the new sounds of today contemporary Dance genres.

In 2005 the duo transformed Jackie Moore's 1979 #1 Billboard Hot Dance
Music/Club Play track "This Time Baby" and Tina Turner's 2000 hit "When
The Heartache Is Over" into an international club smash as "Love On My
Mind".

The song, which sampled the Moore track, but whose lyrics "I've Got
Love On My Mind, Ain't No Use In Just Wastin' Time..."(The opening
lyrics on the Moore single) and "When The Heartache Is Over, I Know I
Won't Be Missing You"(The chorus from Turner's tune) was sung repeatedy
by British singer Amanda Wilson, reached the top 10 of both the
Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play and Dance Top 40 charts(where it
reached #2 on the latter) in the United States.

They were also the remixers on Faith Evans 2005 #1 Hot Dance Music/Club Play and #4 Dance Top 40 hit "Mesmerized".

The act's current followup, "Watchin'", which was originally released
under the Freemaison name in 2005, has now been released in the United
States in 2006 under the current Freemasons Featuring Amanda Wilson
name as Wilson is now their lead vocalist for the act.
